Hahahaha remember that one time I was in junior high, and since I was still shy around that cute boy I liked, I did the “elementary school” thing and wrote him a letter telling him I liked him? And how he wrote me a letter back, having one of his female friends deliver it, saying he was flattered, but didn’t like me back? And how when I got in the car that day when mom picked me up, I cried all the tears I had been holding back since I got the letter after lunch?

And then, how the next year, I found out from a mutual friend of ours, that he didn’t even write that letter to me by his own hand? But instead had a girl (the girl he then liked) write that letter for him instead?

Yeah, me neither.

No matter what anybody tells you, words and ideas can change the world.
We don’t read and write poetry because it’s cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for.

let’s be real nobody got over their crush on Prince Zuko

It’s come full circle. It’s back on my dash. This post haunts me.

on your dash? i meet a lot of these people walkin around on the streets everyday.

but as far as ghosts go, zuko’s not a bad guy to be haunted by…

Robin Williams recorded his dialogue for the Genie at the same time - and across the street from - the filming of Schindler’s List, one of the most depressing movies of all time.

After he was done every day, Robin would go across the street to cheer up the cast of Schindler and make them laugh with recordings of his improvised material from that day.

I just thought you all might want to know that story.
